HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?

For a normal service, you should have your machine back the next day depending on the current work load.
For repairs, it depend on whether the part needed can be sourced locally or ordered from Jhb. The courier normally take 3 days (week days) for delivery of parts.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash or electronic transfer.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE REPLACEMENT PARTS?

Depending on the make of the machine, for Singer we order the parts from Singer Johannesburg. They also carry some parts for other makes.
